Verification
Visit(s)
The
StormReady Chairperson will assemble a verification team
of no less than 2 members to visit an applicant. During the
verification visit, each member of the verification teamwill
complete and sign a Site Visit Summary.
During
the visit, the team will review the applicant's hazardous
weather plan. This review may require the applicant to explain
procedures to ensure that the content meets StormReady guidelines.
The applicant does need to submit a full copy of the Hazardous
Weather Plan to the StormReady Advisory
Board, however, the verification team may request a copy
for offsite review.
After
the site visit, the verification team will forward to the
Local Advisory Board its Site Visit Summaries and additional
comments or documentation deemed pertinent.
